The Doubell Jumbo MK3 brick-making machine is our flagship product for a commercial brickyard. It does 500 drop cycles each 8-hour shift (at under a minute per cycle). The brickyard team should consist of around 5-7 laborers & the area required is 900m² of concrete slab (or compacted flat surface). This machine uses interchangeable MK3 moulds - simply adjust the machine settings (change time is around 40 minutes). Parts that wear and tear can be replaced with spares readily available - this means that the machine should last well beyond 20 years in even the toughest conditions.

With the vibrator kit option, you will get a twin set of electric vibrator motors (two) that are enclosed and dust-proof. Each has two counter weights that spin to create a vibrational frequency of ±2800 rpm.
The kit is attached to the carrier plate & drives the vibration downward into the mould, where the aggregate is shaken. The vibration lets the mixture settle itself uniformly & releases all the trapped air.
Apart from offering a superior even compaction, it also means that each cycle time is greatly reduced and more bricks per day can be practically achieved.
The kit is wired by a certified electrician & comes with a detachable arm bracket with a push button to activate the vibrator motor.
